Driving the Begin Bright brand to become a sector leading organisation through delivering government funded programmes and developing new to market products, from mobilisation to implementation. Transition to Teach was a DfE funded programme focused on the attraction, recruitment and retention of career changers across the north of England into a career in teaching. Responsibilities include- ensuring the programme meets key milestones and all KPIs - leading the marketing and recruitment process, overseeing employees with a marketing and recruitment function and working in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team - external reporting and evaluation of the programme - maintaining positive and strong relationships with all project stakeholders Schools Liaison Director at Talk The Talk, an educational charity dedicated to the development of oracy and communication skills in students. Led on marketing, business development, delivery, CPD and engaging with like-minded professionals with a passion for education. Tutor at QA Ltd in Manchester UK, specialised in Technical IT training and the development of essential Maths and English skills. I provided training to learners who wanted to enhance their knowledge and understanding of ICT fundamentals such as Systems Networking, Digital Marketing, Hardware/Software and ICT Customer Care. Additionally, I trained learners to achieve Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English in order to gain an apprenticeship or full time employment. Furthermore, I delivered a series of Employabilty modues to the same learners in preparation for the workplace due to the majority of the the learner cohorts being from a NEET background. I have vast experience of working as an Apprenticeship Assessor up to Level 5. I attained invaluable knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Compliance procedures in place at training providers. I actively engage in the IQA process on a regular basis whilst working to achieve this qualification. In addition, I carry out internal observations on staff in order to maintain high standards in accordance with the most current Ofsted guidelines. I have written SARS and QIPS for the company in order to drive development and improvement across the company. During my teaching career I taught across the different Key Stages and gained invaluable experience of the education sector. I have extensive knowledge of planning, delivering and assessing all areas of the curriculum, including this academic year's new curriculum.
