I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to numbers. You give me an Excel spreadsheet, a TI-83 and a complex problem to solve, and I'll be entertained for hours. I majored in Economics with a minor in finance. I'm the type of person that has a specific place for everything, especially on my desk. If you move my pen or monitors 1 inch to any side, I'll know! I enjoy working with numbers because they are elegant and precise. Over the last 12 years, I’ve consistency earned the top producing accolade at my company “Chairman’s Club,” which is awarded by production volume. More importantly, my team is consistently rated one of the top customer-satisfaction teams at our company. We strive to keep our clients happy and coming back. Some interesting facts about clients I worked on over the last year- 4% of my clients built their own custom homes - 8% of all loans I originated were for Veterans (not all used their VA eligibility)- 54% of my buyers were Millennial's (born 1980 - 1995)- 7% of my buyers were Gen-Z (1996+)- 13% of my buyers were first-time buyers - 28% of business comes from Realtor/referral partners. 67% comes from previous clients, 5% other sources - 88% of my clients over the last 2 years have referred me at least 1 person- 7% of loans I originated are from professionals at the World Bank / IDB / Embassy employees with H1B and G4 Visas, including 3 former ambassadors I also work closely with homeowners looking to build custom homes. We have an incredible Construction Lending department with ample experience in the process. This is the one of the most rewarding parts of my job because I get to work with clients on building their dream. I partner with one of Northern Virginias Top Home Builders, Van Metre, that designs and builds stunning custom homes. On a Personal Note: I’m here to serve my clients. I want the process to be educational, enjoyable and an overall fun experience. The homebuying process can be stressful if not handled correctly. My team and I strive to make it a great experience.
