About Sebastian Wall

As a Logistics Innovation Engineer at QWIC, I apply my master's degree in international business and my skills in logistics and inventory management to design and implement solutions that improve the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of our e-bike delivery process. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and operations specialists to develop and test new technologies, systems, and methods that enhance the customer experience and reduce costs and environmental impact. In my previous role as a Fulfillment Lead at QWIC, I oversaw the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring that orders were processed, packed, and shipped on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards. I also contributed to the improvement of inventory management and data entry processes, resulting in increased accuracy and productivity. Before joining QWIC, I was a Logistics Specialist at BEERWULF®, where I coordinated the logistics of online orders, invoices, and returns, and liaised with our designated 3PLs and Transport partners in 4 key European markets. I am passionate about logistics innovation and optimization, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that challenges me to learn and grow. I am excited to bring my expertise and experience to QWIC, and to support its mission of creating a greener and healthier mobility landscape.
