Solving complex tasks under high time pressure (system availability)- Collaboration in the preparation of offers, project planning and execution of maintenance projects up to commissioning and handover to the customer - Support of marketing and sales, acquisition directly at the customer's power plant. Participation in technical-commercial preliminary discussions and concept/design reviews- Completion of project work in the office such as preparation and editing of general technical documents, specifications, drawings, and operating documentation - Re-engineering and creation of CAD drawings / documentation for components and spare parts of steam turbines. Including the examination of concept, feasibility, and design- Processing of 3D turbine volume scans for further component, dimension, and structural analyses (e.g. fault investigation using FEM)- Determination of the requirements for the materials used. Examination of necessary repair measures- Collaboration in the power plant, support of the TPS project management and the construction site management. Deputy project management and progress monitoring - Use of condition-based monitoring. Video endoscopy of turbine interiors and blades and use of IR thermography cameras - Vibration and frequency analyses of turbines, gearboxes, and generators - Collaboration in small, medium, and large overhauls of turbine plants. Organization of the supply of the construction site including urgent transport of time-critical parts- Collaboration in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and assessment. Preparation of technical reports- Preparation of extensive electronic service documentation for revisions and conversions of steam turbine systems
