Background

About Sebastien Chahidi

I help organizations and students navigate the complexity of sustainability and turn it into actionable strategy. At B Lab Switzerland, I lead the B Corp movement and academic programs. I support companies in embedding sustainability into their core business models, guiding SMEs and larger firms across industries through materiality, impact measurement, and change management. I also teach Master's students and professionals how to become tomorrow’s sustainability leaders. My work is rooted in systems thinking, team leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience across SMEs, universities, and civil society. With a background in law and applied sustainability, I translate complex challenges into meaningful, real-world impact. I'm passionate about driving the transition to a more just and regenerative economy—and always open to new collaborations that advance this mission.
