About Sebastien Ejdaa

I have been fortunate to acquire extensive experience over many years in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, and have held various roles, from engineering to procurement. I began my career as a draftsman, working on impellors or elements for compressors. From there, I moved into a mechanical designer role, where I developed both oil-free and oil-injected compressors. Later, I joined the air treatment department, working on desiccant and refrigerant coolers and handling product follow-up. I also held a project engineer position, where I managed automated raw material installations from the proposal phase through to the final product. Eventually, I returned to the compressor industry in a procurement role as a supplier quality assurance engineer, ensuring product quality and supplier reliability. In 2016, I moved from Antwerp, Belgium, to Cape Town, South Africa, and transitioned to the tech industry, working for a software house that develops cloud-based contact center software, specifically CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service). I began as a project manager before moving into sales and channel sales. Afterwards, I worked in sales for a company specialising in business applications, particularly mobile-friendly solutions. Working in SMEs and corporate environments has taught me to embrace change and take on new challenges. Being trilingual (Dutch, French, and English) enables me to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration. I’m a passionate professional with the adaptability to thrive in diverse work environments, thanks to my international experience. Being a team player and having good social skills is essential in a professional environment. I am result-driven and learning new skills keeps me motivated.
