Throughout my career at FM Logistic, I’ve led international expansion projects, restored business performance in challenging markets, and built or restructured financial governance from scratch. I launched road and air transport operations in Brazil (4 subsidiaries opened, breakeven in 2 years), acted as CFO in high-stakes contexts (Brazil, Freight Forwarding Division), and supported transformation efforts in countries including Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, and France. I bring a cross-cultural, pragmatic and tech-savvy mindset, deep operational and entrepreneurial insight, and a strong ability to align field realities, group strategy, technological opportunities.
