Senior Digital business solution manager specialized in global pharma. From digital strategy to management of projects and solutions, I have extensive experience in digital media (communications, medical, marketing), digital health (medical, market access) and multi channel engagement (communications, medical, sales & marketing) Business and IT focused, I build and run global IT solutions. I was primarily responsible for web projects and global online events for my company (mergers & acquisitions, general meetings, financial results.). Progressively, I extended my scope to various digital topics like mobile apps design then I led global collaborative intranet portal and ESN programs. After 7 years in the digital media area, I diversified my experience within the Enterprise Information solutions department. This allowed me to create linkage across business units and corporate functions where I played business/solution partner roles and promoted activities of the Enterprise IS while continuing to scope and roll out important digital programs. Then I moved to Digital business partner and Digital solution manager for Global Market Access and Medical Affairs in Global Business Units. I was involved from definition of digital strategy and budget to management of solutions and vendors in order to support digital activities around international events and congresses, KOL management, Payer engagement. I’m now leading projects and teams around integration of sales and marketing solutions to improve end users experience. This is a critical enabler of the company’s digital and business transformation.
