I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 6 years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and supply chain management, primarily in the oil and gas and industrial sectors. My expertise lies in asset reliability, maintenance planning, risk mitigation, and inventory management. I am passionate about using LEAN and Six Sigma principles to optimize industrial processes, improve equipment uptime, and enhance operational efficiency. At Reliance Industries Limited, I worked as a Reliability & Maintenance Planner, where I developed maintenance strategies, optimized inventory through SAP CMMS, and led Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to enhance equipment performance. I also championed safety initiatives and conducted HAZOP risk assessments to ensure a zero-incident environment. After moving to Canada, I worked at Morton Wholesale Limited, where I enhanced my supply chain and logistics skills by improving inventory control, employee training, and workplace safety compliance (OSHA, GMP). Currently, I am exploring opportunities in reliability and maintenance planning roles where I can leverage my expertise to enhance asset performance, optimize maintenance workflows, and drive continuous improvement in industrial settings.
