About Seemal Saeed

I am a Masters graduate in HR based in Västerås, Sweden. Being passionate about D&I I am currently working for Vibracoustic in a Global Diversity and Inclusion position. Here I have done extensive research on the topics of D&I in order to spread awareness throughout the company and integrate it into our processes and systems. I have supported raising D&I at the company from the ground-up and together with my team, I have led D&I topics, conducted workshops and hosted D&I focused events on a Global level. I have also supported the D&I community at our parent company, Freudenberg, to view Recruitment processes along with talent and performance review processes with a D&I lens with the purpose of reformatting and restructuring previous processes. Previously, I worked at Telia, Sweden in a similar role. I am passionate organizational change/change management. I have had roles in various positions related to women empowerment and gender equality. I have also done extensive research on Global Diversity Management when writing my Masters thesis on Workplace diversity in organisations in Pakistan for which I scored a high distinction when completing my Masters from Brunel University, London. I have previous work experience in diverse fields including the corporate sector where I have also held positions in the HR department as a Community Manager, Research Associate at a management consultancy firm and Assistant Account Manager at a Telco.
