Background

About Sefi Peles

For the past two decades, I have gained extensive experience building effective marketing strategies and leading multi-faceted digital marketing efforts, including marketing automation and customer experience. I excel at leading complex, cross-organizational, ROI, and goal-oriented projects, including establishing layouts from the outset - initiating, planning, visioning, and implementing. In my past position as private sector customer manager at Leumi Card, I ran and managed the activity of over 1.8 million cardholders. I initiated and led the "Indulgence Program," a game-changer in the Israeli credit market in terms of customer loyalty. Since 2015, in my role at HiTech Zone, I have continued to lead and advance this agenda with a wide range of tools and capabilities. HiTech Zone provides high-tech companies with practical tools for employee retention, increasing employee satisfaction, and boosting worker loyalty to the workplace. When I'm not working, I lead an athletic lifestyle, dream of writing a book, and strive to develop my ability to save dogs. I am married to Danny, and mother to Omri, Shira, Adi, and Chaser (the dog). I would love to connect with innovation executives and process leaders in senior positions, especially in the field of loyalty and employer branding.
