I design customer experiences that turn complexity into clarity, bring people together through collaboration, and transform ideas into outcomes that are easy to understand and act on. My background spans B2B marketing, content development, customer learning, and success enablement — giving me a strong foundation across the full customer lifecycle, from awareness to adoption and long-term retention. Public speaking is one of the ways I bring structure to complexity — whether I’m presenting a customer experience strategy, mentoring, or leading a workshop, I focus on making ideas actionable and helping others understand the “how” behind what we’re building. At the heart of my work is a test-and-learn mindset: I’m always open to feedback, unafraid of trying something new, and focused on turning insight into forward momentum. I also lead the Montreal Chapter of the Autodesk Black Network, an employee resource group focused on building community, connection, and advocacy for Black professionals in tech. I care deeply about creating inclusive environments where people feel supported and seen — because that’s where collaboration, innovation, and real impact thrive.
