About Sei Daniel

I am an active cyclist and soccer player with an associate degree in Petroleum Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics (Pilot), and a Master of Science in Aviation Management. But I am a firm believer in the quote that reads, “Find three hobbies you love: One to make you money, one to keep you in shape, and one to keep you creative. I love sports, and growing up, I was always passionate about cycling. I would spend hours upon hours learning how to ride a bike, and eventually, I was good enough to compete. This passion grew even more when I strived to qualify for the national cycling team. This was a challenge for me as I had to overcome many opponents and break my personal best in order to qualify. It took blood, sweat, tears, and GRIT to break through my limits in order to achieve next-level success and become an exceptional contender in my category. Challenges like these taught me lessons about hard work and perseverance. Throughout my journey, I had to diversify myself to bond with my teammates. It was new to me, but it was crucial to the team as we had to work together to achieve our best results. Having implemented these life lessons in my aviation career has helped me a lot throughout my flight training as I learned how to operate in a cockpit not only as a pilot but as a teammate. In addition, it gave me the discipline to push through the hardships of studying Petroleum Engineering, and now I hope it will serve me as I pursue my Graduate degree.
