Background

About Seidy Rayo

I’m a project leader and equity strategist who thrives at the intersection of people, purpose, and performance, with over a decade of experience in higher education and emerging governance experience in the non-profit sector. At Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, I lead cross-campus initiatives that advance anti-racism, cultural safety, and organizational change, reaching thousands of faculty, staff, and students each year. Certified in Project Management, Communications, and Digital Learning Development, I integrate strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and innovative curriculum design to deliver measurable results. My board work further strengthens my ability to align equity priorities with organizational goals. I’m passionate about turning equity commitments into action and am especially interested in opportunities to lead inclusive transformation, design impactful learning experiences, and drive organizational excellence across higher education, public service, and mission-driven sectors.
