About Seif Kamel

Have over Twenty-Five years' experience in the Governmental and Non-governmental institutions in Egypt through working in several development projects funded by International Development agencies such as USAID, EU, and CIDA. My developmental experience mainly focused on SMEs, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Processing, Aquaculture, Marketing, Institutional capacity building for Farmers NGOs, Farmers Cooperatives, and Fishermen and Fish Farming Cooperatives. Have a good experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Community resources mobilization, Grant management, Design/ implement training programs which provided me with a wide experience and a background concerning all related issues that affect the development process greatly. Through my work in developmental domain specially working closely with NGOs and Cooperatives, I had all the skills that are required the work with communities and ability to work within a multi-cultural work environment. Have a good knowledge about Strategic planning in business associations, Designing Programs and projects through Right-Based Approach (RBA) and applying a Human Rights Approach in Development, and Design/ Pricing sustainable business development services.
