About Sejal Jain

As a process trainer at Teleperformance, I helped new and existing employees develop and enhance their customer service, sales, and quality assurance skills. I created and delivered engaging and effective training sessions, using data and feedback to monitor and evaluate the trainees' performance. I also provided coaching and support to help them improve and achieve their goals. I am passionate about learning and applying new things to my work. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in MBA from JECRC University, with a focus on HR and marketing. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from S S Jain Subodh P G College, Jaipur, with a major in airline/commercial/professional pilot and flight crew. This has given me a solid foundation in the aviation industry, as well as the business and management aspects of it. I am a quick learner and a quick doer, who can adapt to changing situations and challenges. I am self-motivated and driven to complete any task that I set my mind to.
