About Sejla Begic
I am originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina but I was born and raised in Italy, where I completed my high school education and my bachelor studies in Foreign Languages and Literatures. Thanks to a wonderful erasmus experience in Flensburg, I chose to continue studying in Germany and in 2022 I moved to Jena, where I finished a master in English & American Studies, while paralleling working as a scientific employee at my department as well as the Department of Physics and Astronomy. After I got my master degree I decided to keep working in an international academic environment and I am currently employed at the Hochschule Pforzheim as the Admissions Coordinator and team member of the MBA International Management program as well as Event and Merchandising Manager of the Business School. Outside of work, my interests include acting, psychology, criminology, and animal rights activism. Last but not least, as it may be deduced from my international backround, I enjoy learning new languages and entering into contact with new cultures to learn as much as possible about life and the world.
