With a background in human resources and administration, I specialize in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development within the cutting-edge field of AI-driven mental health technologies. Before Joining Terrablue XT I worked as an academic counselor at Indian Educational Services (IES), I helped students achieve their educational and career goals by providing personalized guidance and support. I assessed their academic needs, interests, and abilities, and recommended suitable courses, colleges, and scholarships. I also assisted them with the application and admission process and followed up with them regularly to monitor their progress and satisfaction. I started my career as a senior office administrator at Legal Globus, a leading law firm, for over three years. I was responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. I also handled the communication and marketing activities of the firm, such as creating and distributing newsletters, flyers, and brochures, and maintaining the website and social media accounts. I developed strong skills in administration, communication, and outbound marketing, which I leveraged to transition to the academic counseling field. I have a bachelor's degree in zoology/animal biology from Calcutta University, where I gained a solid foundation in the natural sciences and developed a passion for learning and exploring new topics. I enjoy working with students from diverse backgrounds and helping them discover their potential and pursue their dreams. I am motivated by the positive impact I can make on their lives and society.
