Seksit Taemkeaw (M) is a patent agent at PriceSanond who assists clients in all aspects of Thai Patent law, including the filing of new patent applications for inventions, petty patents and industrial designs in Thailand. Seksit also collaborates with foreign attorneys in new patent application filings overseas as well as with professional patent drafters, clients and inventors to gather information for efficient processing of patent items that improve workflow and reduce case backlogs. He is an expert in handling the preparation and filing of domestic patent applications, conducting equivalent patent searches and freedom to operate searches (FTO) in Thailand, along with other tasks regarding patent prosecution. Seksit oversees responsibility for many of the firm's special projects. He was a project consultant for the Intellectual Property Innovation Driven Enterprise Center at the Department of Intellectual Property: IP IDE Center as well as the IP For SMEs Project at Department of Intellectual Property. He also worked on the Searching and Patent Mapping seminar of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Innovation Roadmap for Thai Rubber Industry of Science Park Promotion Agency.
