About Selah Mack

I'm a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. With a background in hotel operations I have a proven track record in current and previous roles of Sales Coordinator, Rooms Controller and Task Force Manager. I've honed my skills in creating memorable guest experiences and making guests feel right at home, ensuring their needs are met, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations. While I've found my home in the world of hospitality my first loves are music and literature. You can often find me immersed in a world of books, crafting my own stories, or humming or singing a tune (any tune). I try to bring these joys into every interaction by being a storyteller, a nurturer of experiences, and a source of inspiration. I want to infuse my creativity and love for the arts into the world of hospitality, leaving an indelible mark on everyone I encounter. With a heartwarming approach to guests and colleagues alike, my aim is to create an atmosphere of comfort and connection that turns every interaction into a memorable experience.
