Hi! My name is Selena Jimenez. I am a dedicated professional with a dual degree in Psychology and International Business from Cottey College, graduating Cum Laude. I have hands-on experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through internships at Cottey College and Options Clearing Corporation, where I implemented initiatives that enhanced DEI understanding and participation. I also have international exposure, having studied abroad at Universitat de Barcelona, focusing on business and cultural studies. Currently, as a Data Analytics Fellow with COOP Careers, I am strengthen my technical skills in data analysis using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau. I am also passionate about community engagement as evident through my work at a local community center, where I developed initiatives that fostered inclusivity and improved access to resources. I also played a key role as a Study Abroad Advisor at Cottey College, significantly increasing student participation in international programs.
