I am Selene Moreno, a strategic leader with 20 years of experience in the Automotive and Electronics Industries. My passion is in leading teams toward operational excellence through strong leadership with Production and Quality Management roles. Throughout my career, I have applied a results-driven approach to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity—ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction in a collaborative work environment. I’ve worked closely as Tier 1 with OEMs such as Ford, GM, VW, Chrysler and Honda. Successful project launches, the implementation of ISO and IATF 16949 systems, Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, countinuos improvement, and problem-solving methodologies are the foundation of my management approach and sustainable performance. I’m a results-driven Operations. I’ve led large cross-functional teams and managed production processes across stamping, welding, CNC, assembly, CMM, and E-Coat, delivering consistent results in SQPD performance and cost reduction. I have a proven track record as a Tier 1 supplier, achieving milestones such as the GM Supplier Excellence Award, zero customer rejections at Ford, and successful IATF 16949 audits. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and developing high-performance teams through leadership programs and hands-on coaching. Certified as a Lead Auditor (ISO/TS 16949), Six Sigma Green Belt, and trained in Core Tools, I bring technical strength, strategic vision, and operational excellence to every project I lead.
