My entire career is dedicated to training delivery and workflow analysis for which I never lose my passion and dedication. 15 years of experience delivering and organizing trainings for public and private customers, as well as managing a team of clinical consultants dedicated to radiotherapy workflow implementation have provided me an extensive background that I wish to use to improve customer satisfaction, delivery of activities and internal organization, always keeping in mind company efficiency and plan. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various capacities within the radiotherapy field, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry's demands and challenges. I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to delivering exceptional training programs. Having worked with teams and clients across different countries, I am adept at navigating cultural nuances and fostering cross cultural collaboration. I am comfortable working in diverse environments and have a strong understanding of global healthcare practices and regulations.
