About Selin Boudreau

Selin is an Advisor working in Program Sector (Social and Cultural) at TBS, on the ESDC Portfolio. She is a graduate of the Masters in Legal Studies at Carleton University and a graduate of Carleton’s Journalism program with a combined honours in Law. She was a teaching assistant for a third-year human rights course and continued to be a teaching assistant during her masters for an employment law course. While completing her undergraduate degree at Carleton, Selin dedicated much of her energy towards volunteer involvement. Due to this, she was awarded the Henry Marshall Tory Award in June of 2015. This award is presented annually to one graduating student who has shown a high degree of academic achievement and participated in extra-curricular affairs of a constructive nature pertaining to the Carleton community. As a result of her various involvement at Carleton and recent work experience within the Federal Government of Canada, Selin specializes in writing, providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management, public policy analysis, and efficient problem solving.
