I am a goal-oriented mental health professional currently working in the role of Case Manager at Elevance Health where I manage a caseload of roughly 60 Anthem/BlueCross Blue Shield Individual members who are mostly high-risk with significant behavioral health needs. I am skilled in assessing and identifying mental and emotional disorders and providing diagnoses and evidence-based treatment plans. I've gained proficiency in providing clinical and supportive counseling services via group and individual therapy with adolescent and adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. I deliver in-depth clinical assessments, diagnoses of clinical conditions, treatment plans, and intervention options. I have excellent communication skills with an innate ability to relate comfortably to people and offer nonjudgmental compassion and commitment to every client.
