Currently I hold the role of Senior Solution Consultant at Workday, a renowned provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions. With over two decades of experience spanning talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, project management, customer success, and HR processes across diverse sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. My primary areas of focus revolve around HR transformation and digitalization, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) in HR, enhancing internal mobility, refining candidate and employee experiences, and spearheading HR project management initiatives. As passionate Solution Consultant and Trusted Advisor for our clients, I collaborate closely with our sales team to illuminate the value proposition of Workday's solutions, aligning them with the unique needs of our clients. By showcasing the breadth of our SaaS portfolio, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns, I play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards optimal solutions and pinpoint opportunities where Workday's solutions can drive tangible benefits.
