I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC) and trauma specialist with 15+ years of combined clinical, leadership, and community experience supporting adolescents, adults, military members, and families. My work centers on trauma recovery, EMDR therapy, grief, complex PTSD, and culturally responsive care—integrating somatic approaches, mindfulness, and creative expression to support deep, sustainable healing.As the Owner & Clinical Psychotherapist at Fox and the Rose Therapeutic Studio PLLC, I provide trauma‑informed psychotherapy rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and evidence‑based practice. Selina’s work has been collected throughout the United States and abroad, and therefore, it can also be found in public and private collections throughout the world. Her work has been described as a “haunting exploration of emotion” and “culturally stimulating”. She works primarily in acrylic, pen and ink, and watercolor.
