About Selina McCarthy

Turning Your Event Vision into Reality at Corrigan Collection. Are you under pressure to host a flawless event or memorable lunch? I understand. Whether you're an EA planning a board meeting, a CEO hosting a client dinner, or an event planner coordinating a product launch, your reputation is on the line with every detail. That's where my expertise comes in. With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, from Michelin-starred restaurants to 5-star resorts, I’ve honed the art of creating memorable experiences. My journey began in the vibrant atmosphere of Killarney Oaks Hotel, where I enjoyed serving at weddings and perfected the art of pouring the perfect pint of Guinness. This foundation in hands-on hospitality has given me an innate understanding of guest needs and expectations. At the 5* Adare Manor, I progressed from hosting at the Michelin-starred Oak Room to coordinating the entire Food and Beverage department. This experience taught me the intricacies of high-end event planning and the importance of flawless execution. Now, as Business Development Manager at Corrigan Collection, I leverage this diverse background to ensure your events - whether intimate dinners, crucial business meetings, or grand celebrations - exceed all expectations.
