About Selva Prabhu

I am a Technical Product Owner / System Owner with over 15 years of experience across software development, technical leadership, and end-to-end solution ownership. My career evolved from hands-on engineering into system-level ownership, where I work at the intersection of customer requirements, architecture, and delivery. I specialize in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions by defining system architecture, workflows, data flows, and infrastructure in collaboration with cross-domain technical teams.I have led and aligned backend, cloud, mobile, full-stack, QA, and security teams-often without direct authority-through scenario-based design discussions and architecture reviews, ensuring quality, scalability, and delivery predictability.I thrive in roles where the challenge is owning complex systems, managing technical risk early, and enabling teams to build the right solution rather than just executing tasks. I am domain-agnostic by design and comfortable ramping up quickly with domain experts to deliver robust, production-ready platforms.
