ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain the Service Level Agreements for all the clients.Raising the Invoice and following payments collections.Preparing MIS log’s for Daily, Weekly and monthly basis to be shared Management and Client.Coordinating with clients to get relevant information about the candidates and special approvals. Monitoring the team and completing the following process• Initiating the BGV and completing the verification as per the client scope and delivering the candidates verification reports within TAT. • Raising insufficiencies to clients and clearing the insufficiencies once the required document is given by the client.
