As a Sr. Strategic Operations Manager at Uber, I lead the operations strategy and execution for the US and Canada region, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have more than six years of experience in Uber's operations, having previously managed the growth operations for Japan, where I launched and scaled new products, services, and markets, and improved the performance and retention of Uber Eats users. I have a strong background in business analytics, having completed the Credentials of Readiness (CORe) program from Harvard Business School Online in September 2021. I also have excellent organization skills, analytical skills, and business development skills, which I leverage to support, empower, and enable my team and partners to achieve our shared goals.
