I am a mission-driven executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience in education, early childhood development, and nonprofit management. My work centers on building high-performing organizations that deliver equitable access, measurable outcomes, and lasting community impact.As the Founding Executive Director of the Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning—a $350 million statewide initiative under Milton Hershey School—I served as the organization’s first employee and architected its strategic vision, opening multiple centers and leading a 300-person workforce. Under my leadership, CHS grew from concept to multi-site operation, serving hundreds of children and families while setting a new standard for quality, culture, and sustainability in early education.I bring a proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives, manage complex budgets, develop talent pipelines, and build systems that translate mission into measurable success.
