I am a technical professional with over 10 years of experience in the Indonesian power generation sector. I began my career as a Mechanical Engineer at a coal-fired power plant (PLTU), where I spent 7 years focusing on mechanical maintenance, asset reliability, and condition-based maintenance (CBM), including vibration analysis, equipment diagnostics, and reliability program development. This hands-on experience equipped me with a strong foundation in optimizing asset performance, reducing operational risk, and improving plant availability through data-driven maintenance strategies. For the past 3 years, I have been serving at the head office as a Renewable Energy Analyst, supporting business development initiatives in solar energy (PLTS) and other clean energy solutions. My work involves conducting technical and financial feasibility studies, supporting project planning, and contributing to the company’s energy transition roadmap. Throughout my career, I have actively pursued professional development through various technical trainings and certifications in both fossil-based and renewable energy sectors.
