As an Adult Educator I take pride in being able to assess the needs of my learner’s and develop engaging lesson plans that encourage learning while meeting the requirements of my employer’s. Using a variety of language acquisition theories and adult learning strategies I strive to create English language lessons that target language skills and systems. I believe we learn best when the material is applicable and relevant and therefore, I consistently review, evaluate and amend my lessons to include current topics and updated teaching methods.
