About Senem Kaya

With over 10 years of work experience, I am a passionate and creative Menajer & Booking at Talent İstanbul, where I oversee the management and booking of some of the most popular and talented artists in Turkey. I have a strong background in law, marketing communications, and social media marketing, which enables me to negotiate contracts, promote events, and build relationships with clients, partners, and media outlets. I am driven by the mission of Talent İstanbul, which is to provide the best service and opportunities for our artists, and to connect them with their fans and audiences. I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation, and I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, having worked with different genres, cultures, and platforms in the music industry. In my current role, I manage and book a diverse portfolio of artists, including maNga, Fatma Turgut, Can Baydar, Demir Demirkan, Tuluğ Tırpan, and Fethi Karaduman. I am responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating their concerts, tours, festivals, and media appearances, both locally and internationally. I also handle their contracts, budgets, sponsorships, and publicity. I use my skills in marketing communications and social media marketing to create and execute effective campaigns and strategies to increase their visibility, fan base, and engagement. I have successfully secured and managed multiple high-profile and profitable deals and events for our artists, such as the Eurovision Song Contest, the MTV Europe Music Awards, and the Rock'n Coke Festival.
