I am a catalyst for change, reengineering and performance improvement and combine intellectual curiosity, creative thinking and pragmatism. I am a coach, trainer, advisor and facilitator. I am a talented professional with multi-industry expertise in driving all things tied to employee success: training, human resources, diversity and inclusion, management development, organizational development, coaching, strategic planning and change management. I am a team builder, who effectively trains, coaches, inspires and leads employees to achieve organizational objectives. I hold a Master’s of Science in Adult Training and Development and have served as an adjunct professor at multiple institutions. I have held several board positions and have authored articles and spoken at national conferences on best practices for effective inclusion, people operations and organizational development. I am a serial volunteer and love impacting women's lives, in particular helping women make long lasting changes driving their personal success.
