I, B. Senthil Kumar, am currently serving as the Officer-In-Charge, Dispensary and Pharmacy Services at Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre and Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, a unit of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. Additionally, I hold the position of Deputy Coordinator, at ADR Monitoring Center at MPMMCC under the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India, Ministry of Health, Government of India. I am an active member of the International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP), Canada, the British Oncology Pharmacist Association (BOPA), UK, and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS), UK. My professional journey has also included visits to oncology care facilities at Cambridge University Hospital and Guy’s Cancer Hospital, UK, allowing me to gain valuable international insights into oncology pharmacy practice. With 17 years of experience in hospital and clinical pharmacy, I have been serving the Government of India since July 2009. My expertise spans multi-specialty hospitals and medical college hospitals, with a strong focus on oncology pharmacy. Since March 2021, I have been leading pharmacy and dispensary services at one of India’s premier oncology centres—MPMMCC & HBCH, Varanasi. Throughout my career, I have actively contributed to the training and mentoring of pharmacists and students. I have been invited as a speaker at numerous national conferences and training programs, particularly those conducted by IPA, Karnataka. I have also published and presented research in renowned journals and conferences. Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, and a Master’s in Hospital Management (MBA), and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Studies. I am registered with the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council (Reg.
