With over 18 years of experience in the e-Learning industry, I am passionate about helping organizations create engaging and effective digital learning programs to improve their workforce performance and business outcomes. As the Managing Director of Learning Solutions at Maketric EdSolution, I lead a team of talented professionals who design and deliver innovative and sustainable learning solutions to large enterprises, government sector, and educational institutes across geographies and domains. I have extensive experience in consulting, pre-sales support, requirement analysis, production support, implementation, quality control, project management, and mentoring activities in the e-Learning space. I have successfully designed and developed assessment solutions, instructional design strategies, and learning content for various topics, such as product training, process training, sales training, compliance training, software simulations, soft skills training, induction and onboarding training, health and safety training, and more. I am proficient in using the latest authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate 9, Camtasia, and more, as well as learning management systems. I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning and multiple certifications in relevant fields.
