I possess 19 years of IT experience delivering a win-win outcome in a supplier-customer relationship. I do hold a better exposure in the Telecom (Wholesale and Retail) and Insurance domains. I started my career as a programmer on the Unix-Oracle platform and evolved as a SME of Telecom business tolerance journey supporting both In-house applications and COTS products. Staying abreast of modern process frameworks shaped myself as a techno managerial person tailoring and deploying business suitable service management processes. With an inclination on Infrastructure services I am atpresent leading a whole suite of service management and Infrastructure operations. I stand by the principle of service protection through better controls and building resilient/high available environments to empower an uninterrupted business service. Better controls are an improvement opportunities to strategically design and secure the production farm from all possible threats.
