I had a 5 Years 6 Months Experience in as FCR L2 and Technical support engineer and my roles and responsibility are, Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012 R2 installing and configuring. Microsoft baseline security analyzer installing and configuring, scanning patches. Installation patches through TEM server. Configuring and managing DHCP Servers. Server health’s check monitoring. Data backup and restoration of Win server using NT Backup 7.0.5 Tool on IBM Tape library. Performance monitoring and checking file system utilization. Installing and maintaining Antivirus. Maintaining file share and security permissions. Installations, configuration and maintenance of different software’s. RAID configuration and RAID concepts. Handle Remedy tool for call-logging and to pull-up the report Responsible for Data backup and restoration of Win server using NT Backup Tool7.0 & 7.5, including daily back-up, weekly back-up and monthly back-p on IBM Tape drives using HP/LTO Ultrium backup device. Managing Domain user ‘s, ID creation, roaming profile, OU, Maintaining ADS. On Call Technical support to Remote Location Across Pan India File and folder Permission for Authenticated Users in servers. Resolve and diagnose server, storage, OS, and application issues. Daily Monitoring of calls, such as Call closure/Pending calls and analysis on call reduction and Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Maintaining records of hardware, Software & Networking data’s. Maintanace work of all the PC’s and Server’s (Preventive as well as Breakdown). Deployment experience should be Systems Management Server and or System Centre Configuration Manager. Troubleshooting & Attending client calls including the south regional offices of KBL through Remote support. Involved in Digital transformation project implemented in Assesmbly line & Outward process.
