Proven track record in delivering Projects on time within the budget, with strong focus on Quality, Safety, and Client Satisfaction. Successfully completion of 1200 MW of Wind and 350 MW of Solar Projects across India Key Performance Areas: Effectively planning the Pre-project activities like to get the wind resource report, evacuation study report and understand the soil strata in the project vicinity Coordinating with Finance to prepare the accurate budget preparation by considering all the requirements Coordinating with varies departments like Procurement, Business development, Logistics, Finance & Accounts, Quality & EHS for effective project management Prepare the project schedule with respect to production of major components like Nacelle, Hub, Blades, and Towers Coordinating with Production departments to bring the materials to site in time. Coordinating with engineering team to ensure the design of BOP material as per the standards and in line with contractual obligation. Coordinating with land procurement to ensure the availability of land, Pathway and approvals are in place to meet the project deadline Ensuring the root survey conducted to shift the major components from factory to storage yard of the site and storage yard to locations Coordinating with licensing team to ensure the Permits & Approvals have been obtained in time as per the project requirement Closely monitoring with licensing team to get Pathway approvals from local administrative body, approvals from state Nodal agencies, CEA, SRLDC and Power grid in time Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with all departments to ensure the project progress as per the schedule planned Conduct Monthly review meeting with client to communicate the project progress and address the client feedback in time and address the client requirement to various department in case required Review and revised the project schedule once in a month with respect to project progress Communicate to top management in case of major deviation in the project progress, budget and if any change in law Do the risk assessment once in a month and capture these risks in the report and highlight to the top management Closely working with Cost Manager to ensure the Budget are in control
