I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional results for my clients as well internal and external stakeholders. I have a background in account management, data analysis, and reporting, and I enjoy finding innovative solutions to complex problems. As the Lead, Vendor Performance at FCT, I manage and maintain client relationships with major Canadian financial institutions and service providers, and lead a team of vendor performance specialists to drive performance and recoveries across multiple portfolios. In my current role, I leverage my analytical skills and reporting expertise to provide strategic feedback and insights to improve vendor performance and client satisfaction. I also conduct all stages within the vendor management life cycle, from on-boarding and training to assessment and feedback. I am involved in the development and implementation of working projects, and I communicate effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally. I use my account management skills to ensure that all vendor and client expectations are met and exceeded, and that all policies and procedures are followed. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I value collaboration and diversity in my work.
