About Seppo Virtanen

I have had possibility to work in many different positions around operation management and manufacturing development. In current position I am leading both the operation and the Process Excellence to develop the operation. This challenging job is to aggregate and implement all what has been learned during previous tasks. It is also to be agile for new changes in the environment and new opportunities to lead operation into future success. Younger years of my career I did the development on the ground level and developed my project management skills in multitasked environment. Later I have been growing in different level of managerial positions. In current role I do have responsibility to budget and to execute. Clear target is to improve and run world class industrial process – high delivery ability plus cost competitive manufacturing through challenging and exhaustive improvement goals. It is to create and maintain winning organization.
