I have completed my UG in Clinical Laboratory technology, and opted for MBA in Hospital Management. My 2 years of MBA had given me all the theoritical and practical exposure to Hospital administration. Immediately after finishing the MBA i have been recruited by Aravind Eye care System as a Fellow in a program called - Fellowship in Eye Hospital Management for 1 year. This gave me an oppurtunity to understand the hospital and its departments in a deeper sense. Under the guidance of world renown eye care provider and the eminent leaders of it i have been learnt many things which contributes to the management of all situations in a Hospital. Once i have completed a year of Fellowship program i have been given an oppurtunity to work as an Administrator in Aravind Eye Hospital, Salem a 75 bedded tertiary eye care hospital from 2013 August.
