I am an experienced HR professional with over 10 years of expertise in mostly strategic HR Business Partnering, Project Management, and Organizational Development across dynamic, global environments. With a strong background in the financial sector as an Internal Auditor in the beginning of my career, I bring a unique analytical perspective to HR strategies and business planning. While my early HR career involved hands-on experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations, I have since transitioned to a more strategic and advisory role. This breadth of experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of HR, but my primary focus is now on partnering with senior leaders to deliver business strategies, optimize workforce planning, and develop leadership capabilities. I excel in talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development—areas I am deeply passionate about. I have consistently supported managers in navigating complex HR matters such as performance management, employee development, and succession planning. A notable achievement in my career was establishing and leading the first Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team, where I designed related processes and built a strong volunteer network. My enthusiasm for cross-cultural communication and cultural transformation has been instrumental in developing successful initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. I have a proven track record in project management, leading HR data projects, developing dashboards, and launching Learning & Development programs. Additionally, I collaborate effectively with CoE’s, HR Operations and Reward teams on compensation reviews, talent assessments, and transformation projects. Today, as a strategic HR professional, I thrive in multicultural environments and am driven by a passion for employee engagement and change management.
