I am the Resourcing and Relationship Manager at Ash Executive- a boutique recruitment and consulting firm. I work with the Investment/Funds Management, Super Funds and Retail Financial (mid-sized firms) industry, supporting them to find the best talent in the market. I am committed to delivering good outcomes for candidates and clients with a high level of integrity, transparency, and effectiveness. Competitive advantage/differentiation Since Ash Executive’s establishment, approximately 60% of candidates who interview with clients are placed (this does not include candidates who are offered but decline the role). This is far above industry averages and reiterates my focus on quality. Most of these candidates are recommended to me by senior stakeholders and sponsors who have experienced their delivery, and quite often these candidates are not on the open market. Approximately 50% of candidates will work with Ash Executive exclusively.
