My name is Serena, I am 30 and I am a young Italian entrepreneur.I have extensive work experience in the following industries: retail, customer support, tourism and hospitality. These careers have been very important for my professional growth as they provided me with exceptional skills such as customer service, problem solving, multitasking and the confidence to deal with many different clients.I am an enthusiastic, organized, professional and energetic person who pays high attention to details. My ability to work on my own or as a part of a team is excellent and thanks to my past 6 years in Australia, my written and oral communication in English is fluent. I always keep an open mind, I am a fast learner and thanks to my recent role in the sales department, I have been able to develop my selling skills by reaching and exceeding my personal annual target more than once.Thanks to my nationality and my further studies in languages, I am also natively fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish.My professional goal is to find a working position in which I can thrive by utilizing my skills and learning new ones so to assist the company at the best of my capacity and strengthen my professional knowledge at the same time.
