About Serena de Santis

The ability to listen, communicate and transform the requirements of my interlocutors in functional and efficient solutions, have always been my strong attitudes. I believe in team working. What distinguishes me? To learn quickly and to establish empathy with colleagues and clients. Thanks to them, I can improve starting from their experience becoming a link between customers, colleagues and managers. By facing jobs with an holistic approach, I learned to be versatile in play different roles in different areas and contexts; This lead me toward the improvement of popular job skills such as synthesis, autonomy, the organization, the definition of priorities and deadlines and above all a good problem-solving method. Day after day I always try to provide to the team working my curiosity towards learning and new challenges, the typical versatility of my academic background, creativity and energy in making decisions. The experience overseas was an excellent opportunity to mature and increase the ability to make job relationship with people coming from different cultures, as well as an opportunity to expand my knowledge on behavioral styles and consolidating the awareness of be a landmark in social relations
