About Serena Healey

As the Director of Graduate Business Programs at Chapman University, I have over 20 years of experience in higher education administration, specializing in program management, sales, recruitment and strategy, marketing, relationship building, events, data analysis, operations, student services, and alumni relations. My mission is to provide high-quality and impactful education to graduate business students and to foster a strong and supportive community of alumni, faculty, and staff. I lead the recruitment of MBA and MS programs for the Argyros College of Business and Economics, develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage the sales process, and supervise a team of Assistant Directors. I create external sales, recruitment, and communication strategies to identify new graduate business candidates and manage systems, processes, and databases for successful recruitment efforts. I also manage the student experience from application through graduation. I am proud to contribute to the success and growth of the Argyros College of Business and Economics at Chapman University, one of the leading business schools in the nation.
