Holding an Executive Programme in Enterprise Risk Management from Luiss Business School and a Master's degree in Economics and Management, I'm currently the EMEA Supply Chain Controller at Eaton. My core competencies include cost control, performance reporting, and streamlining the budget process across the EMEA region and enhance reporting procedures. In my recent role, our team managed to standardize reporting processes and prepare comprehensive monthly and forecast commentary packages for the Mobility Group Global. We pride ourselves on identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring solid returns on invested capital. My focus on risk management and data-driven decision-making supports the team in aligning our goals with Eaton's strategic vision and driving efficiency throughout the organization.
